Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive cum Content Creator to join our marketing team. The candidate should have a strong passion for latest social media trends in digital marketing, and content creation for SEO Projects.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of all generative AI tools required for Quality content generation for social media & Known for blending human behavior insights with AI-driven creativity. Candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement for our Clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, blogs, graphics).
  • Manage daily operations of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply relevant knowledge to campaigns.
  • Run paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance for ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing team to ensure consistent branding.
  • Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new platform features.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism and Mass communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with content management tools and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and influencer collaborations is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
  • Video editing skills for reels/shorts. Tools like Filmora, Cap-Cut, InShot etc.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
