Tele Sales Executive
Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Female Tele Sales Executive to join our sales & client relationship team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating qualified leads, explaining products or services, and converting prospects into customers. The candidate should possess strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Explain products and services clearly to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales updates.
