We are seeking an energetic and experienced Field Sales & Marketing Manager to promote our Digital Marketing and PR services exclusively for the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong personality, excellent communication skills, and a target- and result-oriented approach, capable of building long-term relationships with doctors, surgeons, clinics, and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Digital Marketing and PR services to doctors, surgeons, clinics, and hospitals
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations with healthcare professionals
- Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Explain digital marketing solutions such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Promotion, Online Reputation Management, and PR
- Build trust-based relationships with healthcare clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and campaign execution
- Monitor competitor activities and healthcare market trends
- Maintain client records and prepare regular sales performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales (experience in healthcare or digital marketing preferred)
